Once the patient makes an appointment, the personal data is then collected and stored in a HIPPA compliant Electronic Medical Report (EMR). 3. Appointments to the patients are given generally in person or over the telephone. 4. If patient needs text messaging or email communications, we require the patient to sign the consent for email and text messaging services which is provided free of charge. 5. Patients can change their communication preferences at any time. 6. The practice does not sell any of the personal data collected to any third parties. 7. The practice maintains the highest standards of personal data protections and HIPPA compliance.
